Send a Specimen
Transport your specimens to our laboratory safely and efficiently
Specimens collected can be sent to our locations either on your own or by calling our courier service for pickup.
Please follow the correct protocols for preparing, collecting, packing, and transporting your specimen to our laboratory before submitting it. This helps ensure that the test results you get are as accurate as possible.
High-risk samples should be clearly labelled and packed separately from other samples.
Self-delivery
Customers are welcome to deliver specimens directly to our laboratory or our collection centres in downtown areas. Please ensure that specimens are packaged securely to maintain their integrity during transport.
Collection Centres
In addition to our lab, you can also send specimens to ProCare Medical Imaging & Laboratory Centres, which are in partnership with us and conveniently located in CBDs.
You can also instruct and schedule your patients for sample collection at these locations. Appointment in advance is required for specialized tests or treatments.

Pickup Service
For your convenience, you can call our hotline at 3529 1983 to arrange for our courier to pick up your specimens directly from your location in designated areas.
Please remember that our courier service may not be available in all districts, so contact us beforehand to verify coverage.
