Patients FAQs
During a Red Rainstorm Warning, the lab remains open, but we advise you to assess conditions before visiting. For a Black Rainstorm Warning, we continue services but prioritize your safety. If issued before 9 AM, we suspend services until the warning is lifted. For Typhoon Signal No. 8 or higher, the lab will close, and appointments will be rescheduled. Please contact us for changes.
